• 1 oz dried sea moss
• local honey
• Freeze dried fruit flavor

How to Make (32 oz gel / two 16 oz jars):

1. Soak 8–12 hrs in filtered water (it will expand)
2. Rinse sea moss well - submerge in water 3x or till water is clear 
3. Blend with 3–4 cups fresh filtered water until smooth.
4. Store in jars, refrigerate. Lasts 3–4 weeks.

Use: 1–2 tbsp daily in smoothies, teas, oatmeal, soups, or apply as face/hair mask.

⚠️ Always use clean utensils. Discard if smell/color changes.
